HubVanta Terms of Service

By accessing HubVanta or using any AI tools, templates, or dashboards, you agree to these Terms and the policies referenced here (Privacy Policy, Acceptable Use, and any plan-specific terms). If you are creating an account on behalf of a company or school, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization and will ensure every member follows these rules.

HubVanta uses Supabase Auth with Google OAuth to create and maintain user identities while storing a minimal set of information (email, avatar, preferences). Keep your Google account protections — multi-factor authentication, password hygiene, recovery options — active so critical alerts reach you promptly.

• Google Sign-In

  OAuth redirects to /auth/callback to exchange a Supabase session. Completing the flow allows us to store your Supabase user ID, email, and public avatar so we can personalize tool recommendations and save preferences.

• Account Responsibility

  You are responsible for every action taken through your account. Do not allow unauthorized users to access HubVanta under your credentials. If you suspect a compromise, sign out immediately and contact support@hubvanta.com so we can revoke sessions.

HubVanta aggregates third-party models such as Midjourney, Flux, and Kling. Unless a specific tool states otherwise, you retain rights to the content you create, but your use must follow each model provider’s commercial terms and local law. We may anonymize prompts and usage metrics to improve rankings, guardrail detection, and template suggestions.

• Content Responsibility

  Do not submit or generate content that violates privacy, copyrights, or regulation. Automated and manual reviews may block non-compliant prompts, and triggered policies are logged in Supabase to keep the platform secure.

• API Usage

  Calls to partner models are billed through our or the vendor’s API quotas. Abuse such as attempting to bypass limits, scrape interface metadata, or spoof identities may result in suspended access.

Most functionality is currently free, but paid workspaces, high-volume generation, or team seats may be introduced. When you purchase a paid plan we will show pricing, billing cycles, and refund rules during checkout. Accounts that fail to pay on time may revert to the free tier and lose access to premium models.

To maintain stability and community safety, the following behaviors are prohibited. Violations can result in suspended access, and we may escalate severe cases to authorities or partners.

• Uploading or generating hateful, violent, explicit, political manipulation, or misleading medical content.

• Reverse-engineering interfaces, scraping tool directories without permission, or misusing the Supabase database.

• Bypassing rate limits, using bots to create bulk accounts, selling logins, or renting access.

• Commercializing or redistributing generated content when you do not hold the necessary rights.

We may modify or discontinue parts of the service at any time, and will provide in-app or email notice for material updates. Continued use of HubVanta after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Disputes should be raised with us first; if unresolved, the laws of our operating region govern, and both parties agree to communicate in English.
